Mentorship

Upon entering the company as a new team member, the new staff is guided by an experienced team member to give personalized intstruction and training, so that newcomers can quickly get started.

On the Job Training

Enables new employees to understand the company culture, share ideas, and aquire cross-departmental understanding of the company.

Lecture Course & TPS Intensive Course

In addition to general professional courses which teach mainly technical skills, we also attach great importance to soft skills. According to different needs, we hire external lecturers to motivating lectures in the factory.

In addition, G-Shank also holds TPS productivity improvement courses every week. Experienced external teachers allow our employees to enjoy the same productivity improvement training as MBA.
