Laser Cutting / Engraving
The high-speed micro-machining laser engraving process features high
precision, high efficiency, and non-contact machining capabilities. It
can selectively remove surface coatings according to post-plating
product requirements to form a nickel barrier and anti-tin wicking
barrier function.
It can also perform surface micro-machining treatments such as
engraving, cutting, and marking. It offers high consistency in
repetitive machining, eliminating quality issues caused by tool wear.
Suitable for copper, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, plastics,
ceramics, and certain composite materials.
