Surface treatments for metal parts, such as deburring, polishing, or grinding. This includes magnetic polishing and vibratory finishing processes.

Laser Cutting / Engraving

The high-speed micro-machining laser engraving process features high precision, high efficiency, and non-contact machining capabilities. It can selectively remove surface coatings according to post-plating product requirements to form a nickel barrier and anti-tin wicking barrier function.

It can also perform surface micro-machining treatments such as engraving, cutting, and marking. It offers high consistency in repetitive machining, eliminating quality issues caused by tool wear.

Suitable for copper, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, plastics, ceramics, and certain composite materials.

Tapping

Integrates automatic loading, precise positioning, thread cutting, and unloading into a fully automated production line. This effectively eliminates fatigue and errors from manual operations, significantly improving production efficiency and ensuring the stability of machining quality.

Heat Treatment

Heat treatment alters material characteristics through thermal changes—including heating and cooling—to achieve strengthening, softening, or specific physical properties.
